Grilled Banana Brownie Sundaes

Ingredients:

  • Two medium bananas (peeled) and four ounces of melted cream cheese
  • One-fourth cup of dense brown sugar
  • Three tsp creamy peanut butter
  • Eight brownies (2-inch squares) are ready.
  • Four cups of vanilla ice cream
  • Warm half a cup of hot fudge and a scoop of ice cream topping
  • Half a cup of salted peanuts chopped

Guidelines:

  1. Cut the unpeeled bananas in half lengthwise and then across. Cut side down, and arrange the divided bananas on a heavily oiled grill rack. Grill for two to three minutes from each side, while covered, under medium-high heat, until lightly caramelized. Cool a little.
  2. Cream cheese, brown sugar, plus peanut butter should be thoroughly mixed in a small bowl.
  3. Peel the bananas and arrange them on top of the brownies to serve. Add the cream mozzarella mixture, ice cream, peanuts when possible, and fudge topping on top.

Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Bars

Ingredients:

  • Eliminate Every Option
  • One 10-oz box of Lorna Doone shortbread cookies
  • One container of 1.2 ounces of strawberries that have been freeze-dried
  • Two tsp light brown sugar
  • kosher salt
  • Six teaspoons of melted unsalted butter
  • One-tsp pure vanilla bean extract or paste made from vanilla beans
  • Two cups of chilled heavy cream
  • One eighteen-oz jar of strawberry jam

Guidance:

  1. With a 2-inch overhanging on all sides, line a 9 by 9-inch metal baking sheet with foil.
  2. Using a rolling pin, pound 2 ounces (about 8) of the shortbread biscuits into coarse crumbs in a resealable bag. Move to a medium-sized bowl. Proceed by using half a cup of your dried in the freezer raspberries. Include in the bowl together the pieces of broken cookies. After combining, set away.
  3. To a food processor, add the remaining eight tablespoons of shortbread biscuits (approximately 32 cookies), 1/4 teaspoon salt, and light brown sugar. Blend until a fine consistency is achieved. Process the cookie crumbs until they are coated after adding the melted butter. Evenly press the entire contents into the bottom of the pan that has been prepared.
  4. After pouring the jam onto the crust, level it out. While making the ice cream, cover and freeze.
  5. In a spice grinder, pulse the remainder of the cup of freeze-dried strawberries until they are finely powdered. Move to a big bowl. Stir in the vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and then sweet condensed milk.
  6. When it’s ready cut it into 8 pieces and present it for dessert.

Popsicles with Black Bean Fudge

Indeed, in a true sense. Although black beans might not seem like a typical dessert component, their subtle flavour goes well with chocolate. (Also try these with chocolate mix.) Better more, they’re a terrific way to increase the amount of fibre and protein in this midsummer mainstay. The 7 grams (g) of fibre that each pop provides per serving has been shown to contribute to weight loss, so it’s possible that more than just the whipped cream melts away.

Banana Fudge Gelato

Ingredients:

  • Bananas: Ripe bananas that are easy to mash are ideal. When the banana’s skin is starting to turn brown but its interior continues to be white, that’s the kind I like to use.
  • Double Cream: Compared to single cream, double cream produces creamier ice cream.
  • Milk: I use a small amount of milk to slightly thin the double cream. Since we use semi-skimmed milk for cooking at home, that’s what I typically use, but whole or skim milk works just as well.
  • Icing sugar: This is use to slightly sweeten the whipped cream. Icing sugar mixes in seamlessly.
  • Fudge bars: I use chocolate-covered fudge bars from Cadbury’s brand. Since they are simply slice into segments, switching them out for an alternate sort of chocolate or bar of chocolate is simple.

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mash the bananas first, and then mix in the rest of the ingredients. For this stage, you can utilise a fork or a whisk.
  2. Then, as your ice cream machine is churning, just slowly pour the ingredients into it. Allow it to stir. About 20 minutes should do it, however this could change depending on the type of ice cream maker.

Final Words:

In summer it is very sweaty and dry outside so to get a bit refreshed from the heat, we need to have frozen treats that changes the mood, so try these summer desserts at home and don’t worry if it doesn’t work out as planned, try again some other time.
